The future in sight, the story to read on

The milestones of the Klose Group from its foundation from small beginnings to a family business with over 100 employees – we are a little proud of what we and our employees have achieved in cooperation with our customers and partners over the past decades.

1994 – On Pickkamp

  • In 1994, Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Klose founded the current Jürgen Klose Industrietechnik GmbH with initially three employees.
  • The original business areas of the then Jürgen Klose Pumpentechnik GmbH were: Repair of pumps and equipment, metalwork, sales of all kinds of liquid pumps.

1997 – Tilsiter Street

  • Due to the increasing demand for space, the company moves within the Bremen port area in 1997.
  • In the next four years, the scope of services is expanded to include stainless steel pipeline construction and engineering services.

2001 – Emder Street

  • The machine park, as well as the customer base, and the number of employees grow additionally, due to the takeover of the company Eduard Thode, so that another move becomes necessary.
  • As early as 2001, we expand to include the area of "stainless steel processing for industrial customers", especially in the food industry, which still accounts for a high proportion of total sales today.

2005

In 2005, the first machine from Amada GmbH moves in, the AMADA FO-3015 NT laser cutting system. Until today, we rely on this trustful business relationship and count a total of 15 machines in red-black to our machine park.

2008 – Bernauer Street

The expansion of the business areas to include piping and plant construction leads to the acquisition of the property in the Bayernstraße industrial park, which is characterized by its optimal location and accessibility for customers, suppliers and employees.

2013 – Extension Bernauer Street

The continued growth of the Klose Group leads to the expansion of the production area by an additional production hall, so that today production can be carried out on 7000 sqm.

2015 – Founding of JKM

  • With the development of an ultra-fine shredder for application in the pet food and food industry and the foundation of the company JKM, Jürgen Klose and his team fulfill themselves an engineer's dream.

2020

  • Laserteam Bremerhaven is a new location of the Klose Group and expands the business to the north.
  • With the commissioning of the Ventis fiber laser Amada 3015 AJ – C4R, the focus is no longer exclusively on nitrogen lasers, but also on fiber laser cutting.

2022

Including the apprenticeship business taken over, the Klose Group now has over 100 employees. Klose FeinWerk GmbH & Co. KG optimally complements the business due to its focus on machining.

2024 – Anniversary

We are celebrating twice! This year, we can proudly look back on 30 years of innovation, growth and joint successes at JKI Industrietechnik. In addition, JKM Maschinenbau, founded in 2014, is also celebrating with 10 years of intensive research, development and strong establishment on the market.
